Job description

We're looking for someone with the following qualities:

- Someone who takes initiative and has a strong work ethic.

- This is a fully remote role, and requires someone who is a self-starter and enthusiastic about the role.

- Someone with a good attention to detail, when it comes to writing (English) and video content.

- Someone who lives and breathes social media and content (ie, someone 'chronically online' on TikTok as most of what we do is on TikTok).


Job spec:

The main job responsibilities would be assisting with the below. However, it is not imperative that they have lots of experience with the below; what we are mainly looking for is someone who is a keen learner and who picks things up quickly and with enthusiasm. Someone who is fun, and will fit in culturally with our tight-knit team and be good in a client-facing role, and someone who is very in-tune with the world of social media and trends.

- Finding influencers for campaigns, as well as outreach to them*

- Writing scripts for ad campaigns (everything from fintech brands to beauty brands)*

- Simple editing of influencer videos (eg. creating shorter cuts out of original videos to maximise the number of assets we can get per creative to help combat ad fatigue. And general editing of influencer videos to ensure clients get the best possible creatives, eg, adding music/ auto-captions)*

- Some basic understanding of running paid activities, TikTok Ad Manager and Meta Ad Manager, would be great, but not a requirement, and we can teach this!

- Writing briefs for influencers

- Communication with influencers and clients to ensure the smooth running of campaigns

- Writing captions and hashtags for posts
Comment and community management (on TikTok and Meta) for client campaigns

- Post-campaign reporting and analysis

- Day-to-day running of and marketing for the agency tool/ platform we have

- Keeping the agency's own social media presence alive


*These starred ones are super important. The ideal candidate needs to be confident in finding the perfect content creators for the briefs that come in, as well as be able to turn around high-quality and authentic ad scripts, and be proficient with video editing.
