Admin β POCs/PODs
Damage & Loss Charges
PO queries
Managing Suspension inbox
Suspension for holiday/goodwill
Queries
Liaison with Customer ref damage & Loss queries
Raise Off hires
Investigate hire issues
General Admin
Requirements
- Relevant industry experience not essential but beneficial
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent customer communication skills over email
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- You are mature, upbeat and have a genuine interest in people.
- You are self-controlled, and a systematic and logical thinker
Software Knowledge and Proficiency:
- Sound computer skills, particularly Outlook and Excel
