Job description

Job Spec:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Admin/Support Specialist to join our team. This individual will play a vital role in managing the "after-sales" aspect, ensuring that post-sales processes are handled efficiently and effectively. By providing attention to detail, this role ensures a seamless administrative process and helps maintain strong, positive relationships with our clients.

Manage and process various administrative tasks related to:


Support & Admin:

Managing the Support inbox
Invoice queries – Core/Sales
Suspensions – Hire
Damage & Loss Charges
Service Reminders
Credits
Depot support for PMR/New Hire Contact
Managing the Specialist inbox
Invoice queries
Suspensions
Admin – POCs/PODs
Damage & Loss Charges
PO queries
Managing Suspension inbox
Suspension for holiday/goodwill
Queries
Liaison with Customer ref damage & Loss queries
Raise Off hires
Investigate hire issues
General Admin


Requirements


- Relevant industry experience not essential but beneficial
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent customer communication skills over email
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- You are mature, upbeat and have a genuine interest in people.
- You are self-controlled, and a systematic and logical thinker


Software Knowledge and Proficiency:


- Sound computer skills, particularly Outlook and Excel
- Syrinx SP experience is advantageous
