In this client-facing role, you’ll be instrumental in guiding families through their educational journey and helping them make informed decisions about their children’s learning.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver clear, engaging presentations tailored to the needs of parents and students.
  
• Understand families' educational goals and provide appropriate recommendations.
  
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  
• Track and manage client data to support decision-making and internal reporting.
  
• Keep up-to-date with education trends, curriculum changes, and market developments.
  

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in sales, customer service, or education consultancy.
  
• Background in the education sector is a strong advantage.
  
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
  
• Confidence in engaging with diverse audiences — both in person and online.
  
• Fluent spoken and written English; Mandarin Chinese is a plus, but not required.
  
• Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  
• Results-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
  
• Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
