Graduate from a reputed institute OR 3-4 years auditing experience

Job description
We are looking for a
detail-oriented Application Reviewer to oversee our quality
control processes. You will be involved in day to day auditing
of our clients, for standard compliances, and assessing
operational procedures. You will be monitoring an audit process
from initial requirement gathering to certification issue. You
will have a critical role in getting the certification accredited.
To ensure success as
a Application Reviewer, you should possess knowledge of
management system standards and extensive experience in
auditing business. An outstanding Application Reviewer will be
someone whose quality assessment skills translate into
system's of exceptional quality.
What does an
Application Reviewer do?
Application Reviewers are
specialists who review initial application from companies and
organization's to ensure and validate that the client is
ready to under go standards implementation.
The primary
responsibility of Application Reviewer is to manage auditing
by monitoring the competencies needed to operate the audit
activities. He or She will will ensure that all documentation is
present and complete and any changes made since the client’s
application were verified are not adversely affecting
certification process. He or She will evaluate the performance and
effectiveness of the certification processes and will help in
developing the strategic plan to advance the company's mission
and objectives and to promote revenue, profitability and growth as
an organization.

Responsibilities &
Duties:
Review of quotation
request from and preparation of audit time calculation
(Application Review) for each audit.
EA
/NACE Code allocation and determination of competence as per
other management system requirements to the auditors/technical experts.
Plan
for stage-1 and stage-2 audit
Plan
for surveillance and re-certification audits.
Assessment of Audit Report
Maintain client files
and other records as required by ISO17021 and other applicable
international standards.
Liaison with
Accreditation Bodies under the supervision of Managing Director
Maintain the
confidentiality of client’s information by each and every one
in the organization.
Review of the
Certification Management System documentation at least once in
a year and /or as required and recommended changes whenever required.
Review the
organizational structure with respect to the auditing
personnel & technical experts and plan for recruiting of
additional personnel for better flexibilities in operation if needed.
Final review of the
audit documents and the audit reports
Review the
performance of all the permanent and sub contracted employees
and identify the training requirements.
Arrange the training
as per the training requirements identified and review the
same for their effectiveness.
Ensuring that all IAF
MDs related to the certification planning and execution are
implemented effectively.
Ensuring that all KPM
operation procedures related to the certification planning and
execution are implemented effectively.
Ensuring that all ISO
17021-1:2015, ISO 17021-2:2016, and ISO 17021-3:2017
requirements related to the certification management system
are implemented effectively.
