Inventory Analyst-Location Lebanon

Purpose:  

This Job Location is in Lebanon working remotely from an office space.

The Inventory Analyst is responsible for analyzing inventory consumption, purchasing, stock levels, and make decisions on ordering qty and stock levels to ensure supply and demand are met, and minimize the overstocking or understocking, variances, and expiry of stock.

Responsibilities:   

1. Analyze product consumption and delivery time, and make decisions on required inventory levels.  

2. Monitor inventory levels, and forecast demand to ensure reordering without overstocking or understocking.

3. Allocate and transfer inventory between branches based on consumption and prevent overstocking.

4. Directing branches to regularly count stock and feed them into the analysis sheet to make decision on ordering qty.

5. Directing Purchase specialist to order and transfer stock & monitor stock delivery and availability.

6. Monitor & Report expired stock, and ensure FIFO method is used.

7. Monitor & Report stock variances to upper management and implement ways to keep control.

8. Monitor and control fuel consumption, utilities overage and other purchases as per budgeted account.

Qualifications:

1.       Minimum bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business or equivalent

2.       2-3 years of relevant experience
