  • You’re a data-driven tinkerer. You dig into numbers, experiment relentlessly, and build smart automations that scale. Turning raw data into creative outreach flows is your version of art.
  • CRM is your playground. Funnels, automations, integrations—you love setting up seamless sales and marketing journeys. You’re the wizard who makes sure prospects and clients never slip through the cracks.

Requirements

Background we’re looking for

  • A few years of hands-on experience in growth hacking, digital marketing, or performance advertising (bonus points for startup or agency life).
  • A proven track record of taking things from idea to first traction—whether that’s a product launch, a campaign, or a side project.
  • Solid understanding of audience targeting, funnels, and customer journeys.
  • A rare mix of creative flair and technical chops—you’re as comfortable cooking up a viral stunt as you are tweaking a database or running an A/B test.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive measurable results with lean budgets.
  • Experience leading or coaching a multidisciplinary team is a nice-to-have.
