Job description

ReThem is on the hunt for a bold, data-obsessed Marketing Growth Hacker to fuel rapid, scalable growth across our B2B acquisition funnels. This role blends creative marketing instincts with deep analytical chops and an intuitive understanding of how sales trainers, enablement leads, and revenue teams think, buy, and convert.

As a full-stack marketer, you’ll identify new channels, test messaging angles, optimize funnel stages, and engineer growth loops that generate pipeline. You're not afraid to experiment, iterate fast, and work closely with both sales and product teams to craft campaigns that convert curious leads into activated champions.

If your mindset is "test, learn, optimize, repeat," and you live at the intersection of sales psychology, buyer behavior, and digital performance, this is your playground.

Key Responsibilities
Growth Strategy & Experimentation
  • Design and execute growth experiments across acquisition channels—LinkedIn, cold outreach, content syndication, paid media, email workflows, landing pages, and more.
  • Identify high-velocity tactics that resonate with sales coaches, trainers, consultants, and enablement professionals in mid-market to enterprise orgs.
  • Build and optimize referral programs, lead magnets, and activation flows to accelerate top-of-funnel growth and boost conversion.
Sales-Centric Funnel Optimization
  • Partner with sales to understand pain points, objections, and triggers used by sales trainers and enablement pros.
  • Collaborate on outreach cadences, personalization strategies, and trigger-based campaign assets for SDR and AE teams.
  • Deploy ABM-style campaigns targeting high-value prospects with tailored landing pages, ad sequencing, and nurturing paths.
Analytics & Channel Ownership
  • Own full-funnel analytics—from impressions to MQL to SQL to win—using UTM tracking, Looker dashboards, and CRM data.
  • Run cohort and behavioral analyses to identify drop-off points and conversion levers.
  • Rapidly scale winning campaigns and sunset underperforming ones with confidence and clarity.
Content & Conversion Experiments
  • Collaborate with design, content, and video teams to A/B test messaging, visuals, hooks, and CTAs across growth channels.
  • Design landing pages, microsites, or interactive assets optimized for specific B2B buyer personas (e.g. sales enablement leaders).
  • Develop personalized experiences based on firmographic or behavioral segmentation.

Core Tools & Technologies
  • Growth & Automation: Zapier, Clearbit, Instantly, Phantombuster
  • Analytics & Tracking: Google Analytics, Looker (Data Studio), Google Tag Manager, UTM Builders
  • CRM & Outreach: HubSpot, Salesforce, Lemlist, Zoho CRM
  • Landing Page & Web Tools: Webflow, Unbounce, Typeform
  • Content & Visuals: Canva, Figma, Loom, Adobe Suite
  • Experimentation & Feedback: Google Optimize, Hotjar, Survicate

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or product-led marketing—ideally within a B2B SaaS or enablement-focused company.
  • Proven ability to create growth experiments from scratch and scale programs that tie directly to pipeline or revenue outcomes.
  • Deep understanding of the sales ecosystem—including how trainers, enablement teams, and consultative sellers evaluate solutions.
  • Familiarity with outreach cadences, CRM workflows, and SDR campaign success metrics.
  • Ability to thrive in lean, iterative environments where you manage both strategy and execution.
What You Bring to ReThem
  • A growth hacker’s mindset with a sales strategist’s instincts—you know how to attract attention and convert it into action.
  • Deep empathy for the sales trainer persona—you understand how they learn, sell, and buy.
  • Analytical rigor backed by curiosity—you test everything, but always with a hypothesis tied to business goals.
  • Full-stack campaign execution—you can launch a campaign, analyze its performance, and iterate in the same day if needed.
  • A collaborative approach that brings product, sales, and marketing together toward a unified pipeline goal.
