Job description

This is a remote position.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Junior Real Estate Virtual Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to our real estate team. This role is perfect for someone who’s organized, eager to learn, and passionate about helping real estate professionals stay on top of their daily tasks. You’ll assist with lead management, client communications, property listings, and general admin duties that keep the business running efficiently.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and update property listings across different platforms.

  • Handle email and calendar management — schedule appointments, calls, and follow-ups.

  • Respond to clients and lead inquiries through email, chat, or social media.

  • Organize and maintain client databases and property files.

  • Prepare and update property reports, documents, and contracts as needed.

  • Conduct online research on properties, neighborhoods, and market trends.

  • Support marketing efforts such as posting listings and creating simple social media updates.

  • Coordinate with vendors (photographers, inspectors, contractors, etc.) when needed.

  • Assist with CRM updates, data entry, and other administrative tasks.


Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Virtual Assistant or in an administrative role (Real Estate experience is a plus).

  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Comfortable using tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Canva, and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Follow Up Boss, or similar).

  • Basic understanding of real estate terms, listings, and property documentation is an advantage.

  • Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Willingness to learn and grow within the real estate field.
