Job description

  • Coordinate for receiving Design input and checking for adequacy meeting Smart standards/specifications
  • 3D model validation and 2D Engg. Drawing generation/Approval using Pro-E/AutoCAD
  • Coordination with Tech Team, Styling, NPD and manufacturing source ensuring manufacturing feasibility.
  • Coordination for generating/Updating Design standards for smart.
  • Benchmarking competitor products and arriving at Design specifications
Key Deliverables
  • Pro-E 3D models & engineering drawings
  • Release/Approval of engineering drawings
  • Design standards/ Reliability standards for Smart
  • Error free Design & BOM
  • BOM & MM on SAP
Eligibility
  • CITD/NTTF with 2~3 years experience (or) Diploma in mech./Electronics Engg. having 4~7 years experience in the following
  • Watch appearance parts design knowledge
  • Product Design/Tool Design knowledge
  • AutoCAD / Pro-E knowledge/experience
  • Manufacturing knowledge.
  • Basic knowledge on stake up (FOB) and components viz. PCB, Antenna, Display, touch panel, push buttons, charger type, charging pin, rechargeable battery, etc.
  • Knowledge on smart bands
  • Exposure to hearable types & functions.
  • Working knowledge on SAP
  • Good communication skills and self-motivated
  • DFMEA/FEA skills
  • Knowledge on materials used in smart wearables/Hearables
