Role and Responsibilities:
We are currently seeking a Senior Pega Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will have over 10 years of experience as a Sr. Pega developer and possess strong Pega skills. The main responsibilities of the role include:
Working closely with clients and functional consultants to understand project requirements
Participating in client calls and seeking clarifications as needed
Scoping, planning, and delivering projects using iterative software development lifecycles
Optimizing Pega applications to improve performance and user experience
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions
Candidate Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will meet the following qualifications:
Pega Certified Business Architect (PCBA) with 8+ years of experience
Experience in Telecommunications, preferably with Verizon
Strong communication skills
Proven ability to work on Pega 7.X or 8.X versions
Demonstrated experience in scoping, planning, and delivering projects
