Lead the Tech recruiting cluster within our TA team — guiding, mentoring, and aligning recruiters to deliver top talent.
Manage end-to-end recruitment for senior and complex Tech roles worldwide.
Partner directly with Tech leadership and hiring managers, aligning recruitment strategies with critical business needs.
Design and execute employer branding campaigns that position Trafilea as the destination for elite IT talent.
Optimize recruitment processes, tools, and metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, conversion).
Ensure a seamless candidate experience from first touch to onboarding.
