PHP Symfony Developer

This role will work closely with the company's Product & Technology teams to execute the strategic roadmap and related projects.

We are looking for someone who enjoys collaboration, is highly technical, curious, a good problem-solver, proactive and efficient in time management.

Responsibilities:
Create, extend, and improve upon current functionalities on the position
Support migration process from legacy 1.4 symfony
Collaborate with other team members and carry out external research to find solutions to technical problems
Keep up to date with industry advancements that can affect our platform over time

Qualifications/Experience:
At least 3 years of professional experience in web development
Understanding of the principles of the HTTP protocol and REST architectures
PHP Symfony 1.4 (1.5 upgraded to work with latest php version), Symfony >= 2.x jQuery / Bootstrap 3, 4, ...
React / Vue.js
MySQL, Elasticsearch/Solr experience a plus
Unit testing
Docker, Kubernetes, and microservices in general
Experience with GCP, AWS, Azure, or similar a plus
