Job Description

Manage multiple accounts within the Polyolefins industry (PE, PP, PET, etc.) across Indonesia, focusing on maintaining strong customer relationships.
Negotiate with customers to determine competitive and profitable pricing, including payment terms.
Coordinate with the administrative team to ensure smooth import document processing and delivery.
Conduct market research and analyze competitors activities and market trends to support effective negotiations.
Develop new business opportunities to increase market share.
Prepare budgets and sales forecasts, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Source and collaborate with multiple suppliers to optimize profits.

Job Requirements

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
A minimum of 8 years of sales experience in PET marketing and PVC resin sales.
Proven experience in specialty polymers, including PP, PE, and related products.
Experience selling to distributors and dealers, demonstrating strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
