Job description

Scope of Work

Responsible for activities to be carried out within statutory and Company requirements and with

due regard to HSEQ.

Responsible for coaching and mentoring end users of NetSuites resourcing functionality, ensuring

the business sustains an appropriate level of system capability competence.

Receive and fulfill global resourcing requests, maintaining regular contact with initiators gaining

clarity as required. Fulfil each request using availability of resources as reflected within NetSuite

Responsibility to allocate resources with the right skill sets, competence, and availability ensuring

workloads are equally shared with support given to Managers in working to deconflict allocations.

Conflicts to be raised with Resource Planning Manager.

Support periods of high-level activity; major mobilisation, high level incidents or base activities.

In consultation with Resource Planning Manager seek to improve department efficiencies through

development of NetSuites resourcing functionality or department process efficiencies.

Response accountabilities

Collaborate and support APAC Response Team Leaders with resourcing data to include on-call data,team or individual training or exercise scheduling updating NetSuite as requested.

Support on-boarding for new joins scheduling and organising their time into NetSuite

Support the Response Team Manager in scheduling recurring group trainings
