As a Customer Support Agent, you will be responsible for guaranteeing a great level of customer satisfaction! This role is critical to recognize any troubles that customers may experience and to solve them efficiently and accordingly.

The Offer:

  • Online chatting, e-mailing, and handling incoming customer requests and calls, accordingly assigned;
  • Recognizing the client's issue and resolving it through investigation
  • Keeping a record of every action and classifying situations and potential faults
  • Creating and assisting with accounts, reviewing and uploading videos, and channel upkeep
  • Enter accurate information into database.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in German, proficient in English;
  • A minimum of 1 year experience in customer support
  • Excellent communication skills, good judgement;
  • Treat all data with utmost confidentiality
