Data Entry Specialist

Fortune 500 company looking to bring on a Vendor Management Risk Analyst.

• This is a 12+ month contract role, with the possibility of converting over full time.
• 2 interviews
• Remote role (EST)
• This is primarily a data entry role. Knowledge of vendor contracts is a huge plus.
• Must be able to work on a W2 basis, without future sponsorship. Please, do not apply to this role on a third party basis.

The candidate will be working with the Technology Vendor Relationship Team and will be responsible supporting them for performing comprehensive due diligence on auto- renewing contracts with existing vendors.

• This due diligence involves : confirming funding sources, confirming Technology is on the approved list for use, updating Vendor Risk assessments with Business Partners, and ensuring Contracts or Service Orders have sufficient data points.
• In addition the position is responsible for: data entry for missing Vendor information in the Vendor Database, obtaining vendor deliverables and reviewing for completeness, and working with Business Partners to complete or update Risk Assessments.
• The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage their deadlines, communicate effectively to all levels of management both internally and externally.
• In addition, advanced Excel skills, power point and excellent written skills are a must.
