UI/UX Designer - Web3 Venture Studio

- Our client is Asia's leading web3 venture studio focusing on DeFi projects

Responsibilities

- Working with product owners to define user requirements, process flows, and product goals

- Developing wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes for web3 applications and optimize them for simplicity, performance, and accessibility

- Iterating and improving design outcomes based on feedback from users, engineers, and product owners

- Designing visually stunning and intuitive interfaces in accordance with branding of various portfolio companies

- Creating and maintaining design guidelines, style guides, and other relevant documentation

Requirements

- Strong portfolio of case studies

- Bachelors degree in a related field

- Experience designing UI/UX for consumer-facing mobile and web products

- Knowledge of current best practices for web and mobile products, usability testing techniques and understanding of the trends and progression of design patterns for both

- Fluency in Figma and Adobe Suite

- Understanding of HTML, CSS, and other web technologies is a plus

You will thrive in this role if you have: (Preferred)

- React, Next.js, Node.js, Typescript (be nice to have)

- Understanding of blockchain products and DeFi protocols from an end-user perspective

- Experience working with front end engineers to implement designs according to spec 

- Experience working autonomously in cross functional teams on different projects

- Good time management, prioritization, and communication skills
