Perpetual and Futures Product Manager - Global Crypto Exchange

Key responsibilities

• Perpetual/Futures Contract Product Design: Lead the design and development of all product modules for mainstream cryptocurrency perpetual and futures contracts, including account management, order matching, order placement, market data, liquidation, ADL (Auto-Deleveraging), settlement, funding fees, referral programs, and management dashboards. 
• Quantitative Tools Product Design: Develop quantitative tools for retail users, including grid trading, futures arbitrage, copy trading, and funding fee arbitrage. 
• Operational Tools Design: Design operational tools for multi-level agent systems, agent back-end systems, bonus systems, bonus screening, risk control, and recovery strategies.  
• Perpetual Contract Risk Management: Identify and address risk points in perpetual contracts, including profit tracking, withdrawal audits, abnormal trading, asset reconciliation, contract bonus screening, hedging losses, and liquidation processes, and develop comprehensive solutions.

Requirements

• Educational Background: Bachelors degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.  
• Experience: Proven experience in product management within the fintech or cryptocurrency industry, with a focus on perpetual and futures contracts be an advantage, while spot trading trading is also helpful. 
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of financial markets, trading systems, and risk management. Understanding in quantitative tools and trading algorithms. 
• Communication Skills: Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams. 
• Innovative Mindset: A proactive and innovative approach to product development, with the ability to anticipate market trends and user needs. 
• Language: Mandarin is a must, while being able to speak English as well
