Job Description

Kate Worthington is expanding! We are looking to speak to talented recruitment professionals based in Bangkok to join our highest performing Team.

We are looking for a result driven, passionate, and detail-oriented individual with a strong entrepreneurial and growth mind-set who is keen to excel in the consulting and executive search business. The incumbent will need to have strong stakeholder management, qualification & negotiation skills to effectively partner with clients and candidates as well as a have hunger to learn new concepts and develop knowledge on the market and latest trends.

Required Skills & Experience

At least 1-2 years experience in Recruitment agency or Internal HR Recruiter
Hold a bachelors degree in Business administration or related fields
Strong experience of candidate sourcing, assessing, pipelining and reporting analytics
Strong sales oriented approach, stakeholder management, team player and negotiation skills
Good command of English & Thai communication skills
