Electrician

Our client, a leading company based in Belfast, is seeking an experienced Electrician to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing as per required by the business

Responsibilities:

• Install, repair and maintain electrical systems and equipment
• Plan electrical installations and repairs
• Be available for on call requirements
• Fault diagnosis and rectification of sub-standard installations in accordance with current regulations i.e. IEE 18th Edition regulations.
• Ensure compliance and electrical safety regulations and standards are completed at all times
• Planning and prioritising work within recognised safe systems and in accordance with all aspects of health and safety legislation at all time
• Undertake other reasonable duties (with competence and experience) as requested, in accordance with changing organisational departments
• Completion and timely submission of appropriate documentation.

Requirements:

• Qualified electrician with relevant industrial experience
• Knowledge of all regulations and safety standards
• Excellent communication and organisation skills
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to respond promptly and flexibly to customers requirements.
• Plan and prioritise work and to work to deadlines.
• Must have AM2 and 2391
