• 2k Internet Allowance

• Supervise a team of billing analysts to ensure accurate and timely orders provisioning.
• Manage the billings and collections inquiries and requests queue to ensure the team meets internal and external stakeholders' SLAs.
• Help manage the month-end close with journal entries review, invoices & credit memo batch review, and reconciliations.
• Collaborate in system implementation or enhancement projects and assist with UATs as needed.
• Leading a team through process change management.
• Process invoice review and posting.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 6+ years of work experience in public software or Saas company preferred
• Knowledge and hands-on experience working with ASC 606 revenue recognition standards
• Prior Revenue Operations team management experience
• Experience with Netsuite, Zuora, and Salesforce CPQ is a plus
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines and common goals
• Excellent time management skills, ability to prioritize and multitas
