General Summary – Position works under the immediate supervision of the Manager and in conjunction with team members and various functional groups to formulate and submit proposals in response to solicitations, invitations for bid, and requests for proposal. Determine needs and gather information to be used in the preparation of proposals, invitations for bid and in developing bid decisions. Proposal development includes organization concepts, staffing, types and classifications of employees, equipment, materials, management systems, workflow, and innovative means of accomplishing the workload.

• Collaborate with proposal teams and SMEs to translate technical content into clear, visually compelling graphics (infographics, flowcharts, schematics, etc.) that align with themes, win strategies, and company branding.
• Create, edit, and manage graphics and proposal documents (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), ensuring compliance with RFP requirements, style standards, and version control.
• Incorporate feedback, manage multiple projects under tight deadlines, and stay updated on design trends to deliver high-quality visual content.

• Experience in using any graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
