We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Consultant to join our team. As a seasoned generalist with expertise in the pharmaceutical or technology sectors, you will play a crucial role in identifying top talent, managing client relationships, and delivering outstanding results for our prestigious blue-chip clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize both contingency and search methods to conduct comprehensive candidate searches.
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with C-suite clients, understanding their unique needs and delivering tailored recruitment solutions.
• Demonstrate proficiency in talent mapping to identify industry trends, key players, and potential candidates.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial candidate sourcing to successful placement.
• Showcase your ability to effectively manage client accounts while exceeding recruitment objectives.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a recruitment consultant, with a focus on the pharmaceutical or technology sectors.
• Demonstrable track record of success in working with blue-chip clients and consistently delivering high-quality results.
• Strong talent mapping skills, enabling you to identify top talent and anticipate future hiring needs.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, particularly in engaging with C-suite clients.
• A proactive and results-oriented approach to recruitment, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

In addition to the above, candidates with experience in high-end conversions with C-suite clients are highly desirable.
