A Canadian company that provides a SaaS solution designed to automate manual aspects of the Financial Close Process with these modules: Disclosure Management, Lease Accounting, Budget Management, Account Reconciliations, and Debt Management.

THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for an accountant to join a team, leading implementation projects of accounting process automation for our customers. You will help the customers to get the most out of our solutions and will proactively foster and grow relationships with them.

We seek a reliable, adaptable individual with a proven record of delivering results under pressure who will thrive as both a team player and an individual contributor.

Candidates with experience in lease accounting will be treated preferentially throughout the application process.

POSITION DESCRIPTION

Reporting to an Accounting Manager, Professional Services, the Accountant will:

• Participate in implementations to ensure that projects are implemented according to an agreed-upon

  timeline.

• Collect, review, and analyze data and documents.

• Have a great understanding of our customers' needs, their business processes, and organizational

  structure.

• REQUIREMENTS

• Accountant with at least 2 years of experience

• International accounting firm experience will be highly preferred

• Excellent business English is a must

• Degree in Accounting

• Excellent interpersonal skills

• A team player that can also work independently

• Can do positive attitude

• Excellent verbal communication and business writing skills, ability to listen
  

• Strong problem-solving skills

• High sense of operational excellence, disciplined working, and effective time management
