Advising and monitoring on the corporate operation to align with laws and regulations of Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET), and Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
Overseeing and providing the recommendations on the corporate operation to align with good governance including CG Policy, and Anti-Corruption policy.
Developing and keeping up-to-date on the internal policies, regulations, and systems to align with relevant laws and regulations, good governance and Groups policies.
Ensuring that the business of the Company complied with relevant law and regulations, particularly on SET and SEC.
Liaising with SET and SEC, and ensuring that corporate information disclosures to regulatory agencies are completed and in accordance with laws and regulations.
Prepare disclosure document and reports (Form 56-1 One Report, Annual Report and AGM/EGM (If any) and coordinate with SET, SEC and relevant government authorities by collection, analyzing and summarizing information).
Any other assignments.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelors Degree or Masters Degree in Laws, Business Administration or related fields.
Minimum 5 years experience in legal and compliance tasks or related fields in listed companies, and familiarity with SET and SEC requirements and systems.
Excellent English proficiency, TOEIC above 700.
Self-motivated and result oriented, and attention to detail.
Experience or involving in company secretary function is a plus.
