Job description

Position: Sales Account Manager

Number of hours: 20 hrs/week

Schedule: SGT

Rate: Php20, 000/month with incentives

Benefits: 12 days of VL, Holiday pay, HMO from day 1


Tasks required:

  • Communicate directly with the customers via inbound and outbound sales and customer support emails

  • Foster and develop relationships with customers/clients

  • Understand the needs of your customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these

  • Act as the point of contact and handle customers individual needs

  • Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks

  • Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner

  • Report on the status of accounts and transactions

  • Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives

  • Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)

  • Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth

  • Generate and source out leads through LinkedIn and other channels

  • Other ad hoc tasks that would be assigned



Requirements:


  • At least 1-2 years of proven work experience as a Sales account manager or Sales account executive

  • Hands on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience

  • Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude

  • Experience working with B2B clients

  • Prior experience in generating leads and using lead generation platforms

  • Background working with clients in the IT consulting niche or IT Industry is a huge advantage. Preferably clients based in Singapore

  • Excellent telephone manner for making initial contact and for ongoing communication with customers and business associates

  • Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office

  • Understanding of sales performance metrics

  • Excellent command of the English language, verbal and written

  • Self-disciplined and organized; able to consistently hit daily and monthly targets with limited supervision
