Job description

Position: Project-Based Recruiter

Number of hours: Commission based

Schedule: Flexible hours, PH Time

Tasks required:

  • Lead process development effort to centralize sourcing information and improve efficiency of the talent acquisition process

  • Liaise with internal departments to determine recruitment needs

  • Determine selection criteria, hiring profiles, and job requirements for vacant positions

  • Source potential candidates through online company career portals, recruitment sites, job boards, and social platforms

  • Manage hiring processes via electronic Applicant Tracking Systems

  • Evaluate applications and screen candidates via calls or emails, as well as facilitate pre-interview assessments

  • Document processes and foster good relationships with potential candidates and past applicants

  • Develop hiring strategies and procedures in line with industry trends, as well as keeping informed of advancements in the field

  • Perform additional tasks or projects assigned



Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist or any relevant role is required

  • Willingness to work on a commission-based salary

  • Technical recruitment experience is a plus

  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality

  • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations

  • Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations talent management systems and ATS

  • Ability to work on a flexible schedule

  • Clear and concise communicator with effective verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work

  • The ability to take initiative and work independently as well as seek direction

  • Should have an understanding of different businesses and their needs
