Digital Illustrator

Position: Digital Illustrator

Schedule: GMT +8

Rate: $10/hour

Summary:

The client is looking for a talented Digital Illustrator to create artwork for print, marketing, and web.

For this role, you will collaborate with sales and marketing to ensure you grasp their business needs. The client wants to meet you if you can use your creative skills to turn messages and ideas into appealing infographics and illustrations.

Tasks required:

• Prepare rough drafts according to requirements

• Refine designs with illustration software

• Use various colors, graphics, and effects to visualize each concept better

• Participate in design briefs with sales and marketers to identify their needs

• Define time and budget limitations

• Ensure that printed illustrations meet design standards (color, font, etc.)

Requirements:

• Comfortable creating infographics that tell a story and send a message to the viewer

• Comfortable creating web graphics to be used on websites, presentation slides and marketing materials

• Proven work experience as an Illustrator, Graphic Designer, or similar role

• Demonstrable portfolio of completed illustrations

• Solid knowledge of image editing and digital sketching software, like Photoshop, Indesign, Krita and Adobe Illustrator (**must have their own license to software)

• Attention to detail

• Strong aesthetic and conceptual skills

• Ability to collaborate and meet deadlines
