We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to expand our market and drive the growth of our ERP business! If you have experience in lead generation, market penetration, and client acquisition, this is your opportunity to join our team in Jakarta.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct lead generation and market penetration to increase the sales pipeline.
  • Manage client acquisition and build long-term customer relationships.
  • Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Perform market and competitive analysis to understand industry trends and competitors.
  • Support the development of strategic partnerships (partner development).
  • Manage and analyze data in CRM and prepare sales performance reports.
  • Collaborate with related teams to ensure the successful implementation of sales strategies.
    

Qualifications:

  • 5 - 7 years of experience in sales, particularly in ERP solutions sales.
  • Strong understanding of ERP modules
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales strategy skills.
  • Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
  • Experience in CRM management & reporting.
  • Based in or willing to be placed in Jakarta.
