Chief Operation Officer - Blockchain Industry

The COO will lead internal operations, translating the companys vision into efficient execution. The ideal candidate will oversee teams, systems, compliance, and ensure the business scales seamlessly across product, finance, and regulatory functions.

What will you do:

• Build and scale operational processes (HR, legal, compliance, finance, customer success).
• Manage day-to-day business operations to ensure smooth delivery and coordination.
• Design and implement systems to support growth: CRM, project management, etc.
• Drive strategic planning, KPI tracking, and OKR execution across departments.
• Ensure regulatory compliance (KYC/AML, financial reporting, local/global laws).
• Align internal teams to roadmap milestones and funding timelines.

Who are we looking for:

• Experience scaling startup operations, especially in highly regulated fintech/blockchain markets.
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks such as GDPR, FATF, MAS, or DFSA regulations.
• Proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams and vendors.
• Highly organized with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Familiarity with token economics, blockchain products, or crypto-exchange platforms is a plus.
