About the Company

  • Our client is the leading plastic film manufacturer in Malaysia that produce a wide range of plastic products, such as LDPE, LLDPE, and HDPE that are suitable for various applications, including industrial, logistics, air cargo, agriculture and aquaculture, construction, and commercial use. 

Job Description

  • Explore new customer & handle sales order activities.
  • Handle the shipping/Export document for Export sales.
  • Ensure the goods ordered are delivered on time.
  • Coordinate with respective department to provide post delivery services or after sales service to customer.
  • Handle the customer complaints/feedback activities.
  • Control of NC products, if any reject from customer.
  • Prepare & analyses the Statistical Report based on the Q. Objectives set.
  • Investigate & propose Corrective Action or Initiate Improvement Action as & when required.
  • Report the Sales Performance to the Management Review Meeting.
  • Contribute inputs in the conduct of Risks & Opportunities Assessment.

Job Requirements

  • Strong communication skills in Mandarin and English
  • 2-3 years sales experience.
  • Experienced in export sales working with different local markets.
  • Expertise in plastic film manufacturing industry is preferred.
  • Willing to travel outstation for work.
  • Driven, self-motivated, result oriented individuals looking to succeed in sales are welcomed to apply.

Remuneration

  • MYR 5,000 - MYR 7,000 + commission
