For our client, an IT Development company that manages and monetizes web-applications worldwide, we are looking for an IT Product Manager for a full-time, permanent employment in Cyprus.
As an IT Product Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the development and continuous improvement of the IT products. Working closely with visionaries, end-users, and cross-functional teams, you will help transform ideas into actionable solutions, ensuring every product aligns with the companies mission, creates value, and evolves through research-driven and innovative approaches.

Responsibilities:
Product Initiation & Alignment
- Support the launch of new IT products by consulting with stakeholders and aligning objectives with company strategy.
- Help define product vision, goals, and requirements in collaboration with visionaries and users.
Requirements & Design
- Document product features, functions, user flows, and acceptance criteria.
- Assist in translating requirements into Illustrative user-friendly flows and wireframes (Figma).
Implementation & Improvements
- Assist in planning and executing accurate product launches,
- Help monitor performance improvement, gather feedback, and evolving features from beta to better.
- Support integration, automation, and AI feature exploration across IT products.
- Administration and documentation of IT Projects according to framework
Analysis & Documentation
- Assess feature impact using data-driven insights and maintain an evolving product roadmap.
- Investigate and resolve user bottlenecks with clear documentation.
- Ensure all projects follow internal frameworks and reporting standards.
Requirements:
- Ability to learn in-depth project management to illustrate and work out the project details, features and functions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and user feedback
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with proven stakeholder management ability
- Basic understanding of UX principles and ability to design intuitive user flows
- Basic understanding in tools such as Figma, project management platforms, and collaboration software is an advantage
