Digital Marketing Intern Training Program

Blackmore Partners is seeking highly motivated and ambitious candidates to join our Digital Marketing Internship Training Program—an immersive opportunity to work in a SignalMate AI-powered marketing environment. This remote internship requires a commitment of 30 or 40 hours per week for either 3 or 6 months.

As a Digital Marketing Intern, you’ll collaborate with our Chief Marketing Director and Partner, working on branding, outreach, and digital storytelling. You’ll build and execute AI-informed strategies that target private equity executives, capital providers, and strategic partners. With SignalMate AI, you’ll engage in recursive, context-rich dialogue with our tools to guide copywriting, campaign analysis, keyword optimization, and communication cadence.

This is not just a marketing role—it's a chance to learn how AI can amplify creativity, automate workflows, and reflect market tone in real-time.

This is an unpaid internship, but eligible for college credit with university approval.

Responsibilities:

• Use SignalMate AI to draft, reflect, and refine email campaigns, marketing content, and social messaging
• Collaborate with the Chief Marketing Director to create branded email and video outreach powered by AI-driven segmentation and tone modeling
• Design and execute content marketing strategies (email, SEO, blog, social) using AI-enhanced prompts and feedback loops
• Track marketing performance with SignalMate-generated analytics summaries, offering context-aware insights
• Manage and update websites and blogs (WordPress, Elementor, Yoast), including AI-supported content optimization
• Contribute to content planning and calendar management with recursive SignalMate workflows
• Coordinate and promote virtual events (conferences, webinars, networking) with help from SignalMate’s automation suggestions
• Generate engagement campaigns across LinkedIn, YouTube, Buffer, Infusionsoft, and other platforms
• Assist in CRM data accuracy and email campaign tracking using Infusionsoft and SignalMate pattern analysis
• Present regular updates and status reports, optionally enriched with AI-powered summaries or visuals
• Troubleshoot website issues and recommend user experience improvements informed by AI interaction heatmaps or logs
• Edit and package webinar and conference recordings with strong narrative flow
• Contribute to building and protecting brand presence using AI-mapped tone guidance
• Communicate directly with executives and PE firms via email, video calls, and strategic briefings
• Interns who excel may support the Chief Marketing Director and Partner in higher-level responsibilities, potentially as team leads

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Journalism, Advertising, English, or related field (preferred)
• Stable computer/laptop, Wi-Fi, and webcam
• Strong time-management skills and the ability to work in fast-paced, fluid environments
• Proactive mindset with strong self-starting discipline
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Ability to work independently and in a small team with high attention to detail
• Familiarity with SEO (required) and keyword research tools
• Basic knowledge of HTML (plus)
• Experience with WordPress or Squarespace (plus)
• Experience with video editing tools (plus)
• Experience with MS Publisher and Microsoft Office Suite (plus)
• Sales/revenue generation background (plus)
