Project Manager – Loss Portfolio Transfer:
  • Develop and manage the project plan, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
  • Lead cross-functional teams and oversee the data transfer/migration process to ensure accuracy and integrity.
  • Confirm PMO processes and principles are adhered to by the project team(s).
  • Create project plans using MS Project (Gantt Charts), tracking milestones and monitoring foreseen risks.
  • Oversee risk management and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates and reports.
  • Monitor financial performance and manage the transfer process, including analysis and documentation.
