Responsibilities

• Manage BingX’s Japanese-speaking communities (Telegram, Twitter/X, Discord, etc.)
• Create engaging, trend-driven campaigns to drive user activity and trading volume
• Collaborate with KOLs, influencers, and trading groups to grow and activate the community
• Localize global marketing campaigns for Japanese users
• Plan AMAs, meme events, trading contests, and other high-conversion activities
• Collect community feedback and improve user sentiment and retention

Requirements

• 2+ years in crypto community ops (exchange/project/trading group experience preferred)
• Native-level Japanese, fluent Chinese (mandatory)
• Strong grasp of crypto trends, memes, and Japan’s crypto culture
• Familiar with KOL outreach, trading user behavior, and Telegram/X dynamics
• Proactive, creative, and results-driven
