Responsibilities:

Strategy Formulation: Develop strategies aimed at enhancing user engagement and retention on the platform. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to implement user and event operation strategies effectively
Event Execution: Plan platform events based on market trends, exploring various event formats to engage users and achieve overall event operation objectives
Capability Building: Analyze event conversion pathways to enrich and consolidate event formats continually. Enhance event infrastructure and capabilities to improve overall platform event operation efficiency
Monitoring and Analysis: Monitor and analyze event operation data to gain insights into industry trends and market demands. Ensure the platforms competitiveness in event operations

Requirements:

Bachelors degree or above, with at least 3 years of relevant work experience in internetfinancial technology fields
Diligent and resultsoriented, with strong data analysis skills
Strong ability to handle pressure and manage multiple projects concurrently
Familiarity with overseas event operations and financial industry event regulations
Ability to discern global trends and develop corresponding event plans or thematic concepts
Bilingual in English and Chinese will be highly advantageous
