Job description

This is a remote position.

Summary: This role is responsible for the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of integrations between key business systems, primarily utilizing the Celigo integration platform. The focus will be on ensuring seamless data flow between Netsuite (ERP) and other critical applications such as (HR and workforce management). Additionally, this individual will play a key role in leveraging business intelligence and analytics tools to derive insights from integrated data and support data-driven decision-making.

Integration Development and Management:

  • Design, develop, and deploy integrations between Netsuite, and other platforms using Celigo.
  • Configure and maintain pre-built Celigo integration flows and customize them to meet specific business requirements.
  • Troubleshoot integration errors, identify root causes, and implement solutions to ensure data integrity and system stability.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather integration requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Stay informed on Celigo platform updates, new features, and best practices.

Business Intelligence and Analytics:

  • Utilize BI and analytics tools (e.g. Power BI, Netsuite Analytics) to analyze data from integrated systems.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to provide insights into key business metrics such as sales performance, inventory levels, customer behavior, and employee productivity.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to support strategicdecision-making and process improvement.
  • Collaborate with business users to understand their reporting needs and provide ad-hoc data analysis and support.

DataGovernance and Security:

  • Ensure compliance with data governance policies and procedures for all integrated systems.
  • Implement data security measures to protect sensitive information and maintain data integrity.
  • Document integration processes and data flows to maintain system knowledge and facilitate troubleshooting.

Requirements

Nice to have:

  • Experience with other integration platforms
  • Knowledge of data warehousing and processes
  • Understanding of API concepts and web services
  • Experience with scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python)

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience with Celigo integration platform, including development, deployment, and maintenance of integrations.
  • Strong understanding on how to work with Rest API
  • Strong understanding of Netsuite and otherplatforms and their data structures.
  • Experience with other business applicationsis a plus.
  • Proficiency in business intelligence and analytics tools such as NSAW (Netsuite Analytics Warehouse, Power BI, or similar.)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams.
