Job description

We are seeking a Sales Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, sales, and market research. The Sales Analyst will play a key role in helping our sales team achieve their goals by providing valuable insights and analysis to support decision making.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth

  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement

  • Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends and competitive landscape

  • Create sales reports, dashboards, and presentations to effectively communicate insights and recommendations to the sales team and leadership

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement new sales strategies and tactics

  • Help to identify potential new market segments and customers, and work with sales team to develop strategies to target them

  • Assist in forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning for sales activities and performance


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or related field

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis and sales

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with large data sets

  • Experience with data visualization and presentation tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI

  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing concepts, metrics, and KPIs

  • Experience with market research and competitive analysis

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

  • Experience with CRM and sales management software

  • Experience with SQL is a plus
