Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Social Work, Human Resources, or Business.
At least 2 years of experience managing educational or non-profit programs.
Experience in student recruitment and placement, especially in apprenticeships or internships.
Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and project management skills.

Job description
Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to recruit students for our apprenticeship program • Develop partnerships with academic institutions and organizations to increase the number of students participating in the program • Screen, interview and select students for the program in collaboration with program coordinators • Develop and maintain relationships with host organizations to ensure successful student placement and program completion • Work closely with program coordinators to monitor student progress and ensure timely completion of program requirements • Manage a team of recruiters and coordinators to ensure program objectives are met • Manage program budget and provide regular reports to the Executive Director on program progress and outcomes • Develop and deliver training programs for students and host organizations to ensure successful program implementation
Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree/ Masters degree in a relevant field (e.g. Education, Social Work, Human Resources, Business) • 2+ years of experience in managing programs, preferably in an educational or non-profit environment • Experience with student recruitment and placement, preferably in an apprenticeship or internship program • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team remotely • Strong organizational and project management skills • Ability to work independently and prioritize workload effectively • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience working with databases
