Roles & Responsibilities

  • Proficiency in .NET technologies, including C# and ASP.NET.
  • Experience in production support with at least 3 years in the field.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in Microsoft .NET applications and SQL Server.
  • Good understanding of IIS and object-oriented programming principles.

  • Provide support for IIS applications and ensure smooth operation.

Job description

  • With 3+ years of experience in Production support with .Net technologies
  • Experience to diagnose and resolve application/system outages
  • Configuring, Troubleshooting, and Developing the existing software applications
  • Troubleshooting knowledge in Microsoft .Net applications and SQL SERVER
  • Working knowledge of SQL Databases
  • Strong hands-on in IIS
  • Ability to diagnose & address application issues
  • Maintaining and updating technical documents and procedures
  • Must be proficient in DotNet technologies - DotNet, C#, ASP.Net
  • Strong Object-Oriented Programming, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills in handling internal and external customers
  • Flexibility in work timings when needed
