Role and Responsibilities:

As a Regional Manager at D Recruitment Company, you will be responsible for driving sales and growth in the Coatings Paints & Putties vertical. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing strategies to achieve sales targets and drive overall growth at the unit level.
  • Analyzing market trends and identifying opportunities for gaining market share.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with distributors, dealers, and sub-dealers to drive business within the B2B segments.
  • Ensuring timely collections and managing contractor relationships.
  • Enhancing consumer experience through timely resolution of complaints.
  • Forecasting material demand to ensure optimal stock availability.
  • Collaborating with other verticals to promote sales and service to customers.
  • Driving the growth and development of the reporting team.

Candidate Qualifications:

To be eligible for the position of Regional Manager, you should meet the following qualifications:

  • 12 to 18 years of experience in Sales & Marketing within the Paints Industry, preferably in Channel Sales.
  • Graduate or Post Graduate degree.
  • Fluency in English and the local language.
  • In-depth market knowledge of the specific zone.
