Job description: The role of a trainer is to improve the capabilities of developers

your primary role as a technical trainer will be to conduct training for developers, their continuous evaluations, preparing them for client interviews

Verifying their assignments

Mentoring, guiding and also training

Emulate live projects in training for a short period

Conduct Technology training as per defined modules

Guide and help resources to complete assignments, build the capability of the resources

Upgrade to new technologies as per business need

Track the batch progress from time to time and report escalations to management.

Execute training plan

Strong experience in / Java / C C++ / Python / Javascript / .Net as developer / Trainer / Professor / Faculty etc.

Experience in program design, coding, testing, debugging and documentation.

Job role: Technical Trainer.
