• Work with the HR business to design and document e2e processes to be configured in Workday.
• Perform Impact analysis for Change Requests/Incident Requests and Enhancement requests for the incoming tickets and support with ongoing configuration requests.
• Expertise in data conversions from legacy ERP
• Maintain, test and implement new functionality within Workday HCM
• Configure Workday core HR, Benefits, Learning, Absence Management, Talent, and Compensation Management
• Run projects through strong project management and governance.
• Configure business process change, maintain domain security.
• Maintains partnership with relevant stakeholders including HR Leadership, HR Business Partners, Information Technology counterparts and Vendors.
• Reporting
• Create Custom, advanced/matrix reports.
• Create and maintain Worklets and dashboards.
• Stakeholder Management & Other Responsibilities:
• Work with HR managers & leaders on initiatives to improve HR systems services to the organization.
• Engage and effectively communicate with HR & non-HR stakeholders, build partnerships.
