We are looking for a Dyeing Technician to ensure apparel fabrics consistently meet compression, elasticity, and color standards by translating lab formulas into scalable bulk processes. The specialist travels to partner factories to oversee dyeing operations, verify recipe adherence, and monitor production parameters. Responsibilities include conducting onsite shade and compression tests, approving lab dips, and performing rootcause analysis to resolve defects like shade drift or compression loss. The role collaborates with QC, PD, and Production teams to standardize best practices, update SOPs, and coach vendors. Timely reporting, escalation of systemic risks, and proactive issue resolution drive improvements in fit accuracy, color consistency, and customer satisfaction.
