About this Role

As an Invisors PC Consultant, you will Operating as the driving force to keep projects/programs meticulously on schedule to ensure they are completed on time and within budget. 

In addition to your client-facing role, every Invisors Consultant plays a critical role internally as we develop our business, improve our processes, and grow our team. You will be expected to contribute on projects as well as contributing internally.

Duties and Responsibilities:

An Invisors AMS Project Coordinator must:

  • Actively manage project scope, schedule, and budget while aligning projects goals and objectives.
  • Actively support in managing of support request queues
  • Ensure all parts of an assigned project are processed, organized, and progressing according to predetermined timelines and deliverable dates
  • Assist in assigning project tasks to relevant parties and consistently check in for status updates
  • Assist in support sales opportunities
  • Report project outcomes/risks to the appropriate management channels as needed, escalating issues as necessary based on project work plans
  • Effective daily communication with company stakeholders, internal consultants, and account lead

Relevant skills and experience:

  • Experience with Agile Methodology
  • Prior Workday consulting experience preferred
  • Must be proficient in the Microsoft Office suite, Microsoft Excel, Smartsheets
  • Construct and maintain relevant quality project documentation including meeting agendas, project plans, program status report, client roster list, etc.
