About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Human Resources Intern to join our team. This role is a unique opportunity for an aspiring HR professional to gain handson experience in a fastpaced environment. The internship is based on a performancebased stipend, meaning your compensation will be directly tied to your successful completion of assigned tasks and project outcomes. This structure is designed to reward hard work, initiative, and tangible contributions to the team.
Recruitment and Sourcing: Assist in the endtoend recruitment process, including posting job descriptions, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Onboarding & Offboarding: Help prepare and process new hire paperwork and support the onboarding of new employees.
Administrative Support: Maintain and update employee records, assist with data entry, and help organize HRrelated documents and files.
HR Projects: Participate in special projects related to employee engagement, policy development, and training initiatives.
Compliance: Support the HR team in ensuring all processes and records are compliant with labor laws and company policies.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
A strong desire to learn and grow within the HR field.
Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills with a keen eye for detail.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
The ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Duration: 4 Months
Stipend: This is a performancebased stipend. You will receive a base stipend, with additional compensation tied to specific, measurable key performance indicators (KPIs) such as:
Number of qualified candidates sourced.
Timeliness and accuracy of administrative tasks.
Successful completion of assigned projects.
Contributions to team goals.
