Key responsibilities:

  • Handle end-user support tickets related to Messaging and Citrix.
  • Ensure timely resolution of tickets and document each task accurately.
  • Maintain SLAs by managing ticket workflow efficiently.
  • Collaborate with other support teams and contribute to knowledge base improvements.

      Job Description
      • Working on the end user tickets. (Mostly Messaging and Citrix related.)
      • Accurate, precise work, including pre and postdocumentation of each task
      • Keeping SLAs by ensuring the quick handing of tickets.
      • Starting escalation procedure in case of CBI high or Critical issues.
      • Improving the knowledge base
      • Cooperation with other resolver teams.
        • Qualifications
          • English and basic German language skills in written
          • Extended office time coverage. (8hour shifts, covering 05:3020:00)
          • Work at least 100140 hours in a month
          • Commitment to at least 2025 hours of work per week
          • Active (or passive under 25) fulltime student status for at least one year
