Job Description:  Build Journeys for email campaigns
 Customize configuration of Social Studio to administer, publish and engage
with customer contacts
 Build capabilities to analyze contacts, campaign effectiveness and social
media posts
 Build capabilities using Contact Builder for customer segmentation, contact
management, and linkages to data acquired through external sources

Should have the following skills and experience:  6+ years of experience in Salesforce, with 2x certifications at least.
 4+ years of amp script experience
 Configure and Setup data models (Data Extensions, Shared Data Extensions,
Contact models)
 Write AMP scripts to dynamically send personalized SMSEmails
 Create dynamic, personalized marketing assets using Javascript, HTML, CSS
etc..
 Configure Data import
 Build Complex journeys
 Write advance SQL
 Build Marketing Cloud web experience (Data Forms, Custom preference
pages)
 Work through and resolve scenarios using REST API
 Mobile and Email studio configurations
 Troubleshoot production issues related to Automation, Journeys , email
and SMS sends
 Working knowledge of SalesForce CRM
 Experience in working with custom objects
 Must have experience with Journey Builder, Contact Builder, Social Studio,
Automation Studio modules of Marketing Cloud
 Prefer experience with Audience Builder, Content Builder & Analytics
Builder modules of Marketing Cloud
 Ability to create journeys using Journey Builder and integrate with Sales
Cloud to track, report and manage customer life cycle
 Experience building personalized email content using Adobe Creative Suite,
HTML and CSS3 in Content Builder
 Ability to setup Marketing Cloud Connector with Sales Cloud
 Experience of leading a team technically.
