Job description

We are a growing agency helping companies connect with top talent across international markets. We’re looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team and oversee endtoend hiring processes for our clients.

The ideal candidate has a background in agency recruiting, experience sourcing for specialized roles, and a track record of delivering results. Strong communication skills in English are important, along with familiarity using modern recruiting tools and platforms.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the endtoend recruitment process, from sourcing to offer stage.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for technical and nontechnical roles.
  • Partner with clients to define hiring needs and build effective pipelines.
  • Ensure SLAs are met for speed and quality of hires.
  • Use Workable to track candidates and streamline recruitment.
  • Set up and manage ATS automations to improve efficiency.
  • Provide an excellent candidate experience and maintain strong relationships.
  • Collaborate with USbased clients and internal teams to align hiring strategies.
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve team efficiency and organization, optimizing overall operations.
    • Requirements

      • 4+ years of agency recruitment experience, ideally in tech or highvolume hiring.
      • Previous experience recruiting for US or Englishspeaking companies.
      • Fluent English (spoken & written) – must be comfortable communicating with US clients.
      • Strong track record of hitting SLAs and delivering quality hires.
      • Experience sourcing technical talent (developers, engineers, designers, etc.).
      • Proficiency in Workable or similar ATS and experience setting up automations.
      • Ability to manage multiple roles and work in a fastpaced environment.
      • Experience in a start up or small team is preferred.
      • Experience managing a team is a plus.
