We are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our team!

The Recruitment Coordinator will work closely with the branch recruiters to support the recruitment process within the business including but not limited to attracting and sourcing candidates, evaluating resumes, initial phone screening, scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks and any administrative tasks required.

What You'll Do:

  • Support the Recruitment Team through maintaining candidates from various online job boards within our database

  • Sourcing and conducting initial phone screen with candidates , when required

  • Conducts employment related research and assists recruitment team with electronic and other methods of sourcing of qualified candidates

  • Coordinate schedule with candidate and interviewers, creating calendars, sending interview confirmations, monitoring emails, and reconciling interview cancellations

  • Manage Social Media communications through ongoing participation within different social media pages and/or groups to engage with potential candidates

  • Assist in the engagement  of our Community Partners and ensure participation in different events managed and in alliance with them

  • Execute employer-branding activities, including but not limited to social media engagement, hiring events, and career information sessions.

  • Support the Recruitment team by managing all incoming emails through our career inbox and incoming calls through our general phone lines

  • Support the Recruitment team in completing pre-hire reference checks and following up on any outstanding items

  • Filing employment documentation into permanent employee files and/or uploading documentation to candidate profiles on HRIS system

  • Support  any other administrative tasks required for recruitment

  • Special projects, as assigned

  • Champion company core values and other company programs

  • Other duties as assigned

  • Experience: Previous experience in recruitment coordination, HR, or administrative support is an asset.

  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate schedules, and handle administrative tasks efficiently.

  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and friendly demeanor.

  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS, and social media platforms for recruitment.

  • Attention to Detail: Ability to manage documentation and candidate information with accuracy.

  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adjusting to changing priorities.

  • Team Player: A collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to supporting recruitment initiatives.
